Recently, I have seen many people struggling with the issue of image hosting. Thinking back to the time when I also encountered many pitfalls regarding this issue, I decided to share some of my experiences with everyone, hoping to provide some references when choosing relevant image hosting services.

Also known as b2, the first 10GB of storage is free. Storage areas can be selected in the US East or US West, as well as in Europe. It is distributed through Cloudflare, with average speed.
It is recommended to store some small images and illustrations on b2, and also backup images on b2.

This is a storage platform that I have been using personally, which seems to dominate the market (at least that's what Wappalyzer says). Their pricing is based on points, where one point equals 1GB of storage or 1GB of bandwidth or 1000 transformations (more on this later).
The default point value is 25 points, but more points can be obtained through tasks.
My personal suggestion is to store large images and important images (such as cover images, album images) here. Their CDN speed in China is also very good. Additionally, you can use Cloudinary's AI technology for image compression and format conversion, which can make the loading speed of images faster. So, the purpose of transformation is for this use.
